Halhoul Hassan, born on December 17, 1963, in Nador, has illuminated his career with unwavering passion and commitment to justice since the beginning. His first steps in the legal world saw him working as a judicial officer (bailiff), an experience that shaped his perspective on the Moroccan judicial system.
After four years as a bailiff, Halhoul Hassan was elected Secretary General of the Bailiffs in 1999. In this role, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in representing the profession’s interests and defending the rights of bailiffs throughout the country. His work contributed to strengthening the profession and promoting high standards of integrity and responsibility.
On March 16, 2002, Halhoul Hassan took a new step in his career by being sworn in as a lawyer, a decision that reflects his deep desire to pursue justice in a more direct and meaningful way. Since then, he has practiced law with unwavering dedication to the principles of fairness and equality before the law.
As a lawyer, Halhoul Hassan has defended a variety of causes across a wide range of legal fields.
